In July 2000, Chengyuan Bie established Rizhao Antai Property Service Co., Ltd., followed by the founding of Rizhao Antai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in November, leading to the formation of Rizhao Antai Group, over which he presides as chairman. Under his leadership, Antai has rooted itself in Rizhao while extensively cultivating its presence in the Qi-Lu region and expanding nationwide. The company has strategically positioned itself in various cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao, Linyi, and Lianyungang, transitioning from traditional sectors like real estate and property management to emerging fields such as sports, cultural tourism, technology, and finance. In 2019, Chengyuan Bie streamlined the group’s resources to form Antai Industrial (Shandong) Group Co., Ltd., transitioning comprehensively to a city service provider and achieving remarkable success in emerging sectors like cultural tourism, sports, and technology.

On January 23, 2020, the Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial People's Government acknowledged Chengyuan Bie among fifty individuals with the "Courage to Innovate Award" for their contributions. ZhenyuanBie , a distinguished private-sector entrepreneur and an esteemed member of the Donggang District's 8th, 9th, and 10th Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), was born in June 1979 in Donggang District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. He currently serves as the General Manager of Antai Industrial (Shandong) Group Limited.

Mr. Bie possesses an astute understanding of the trends, policies, and demands of the real estate market, which enables him to adeptly navigate market dynamics and formulate strategic development plans for his enterprise.

Antai Real Estate has developed over 60 projects, encompassing more than 12 million square meters, including residential buildings, villas, upscale office spaces, shopping malls, hotels, urban complexes, and tourist towns. Chief Operating Officer

Hongmei Li , born in June 1979, joined Antai Industries in 2000 and has served in various capacities including the Finance, Audit, and Operations departments. She currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Antai Industries.

From the company's inception, Li Hongmei has been integral to its growth, having joined Antai at its founding. As the Director of Operations, she has pioneered innovative work philosophies and methodologies, steering the company toward continuous improvement in standardization, precision, and digitalization. This has notably enhanced operational efficiency. Furthermore, her relentless pursuit of excellence in quality and service has significantly elevated the firm's brand stature and sustained its competitive edge.

Group Finance Director

Lei QiBorn in 1975. Obtained a Bachelor of Finance from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology.

Served at the Agricultural Bank of China, Rizhao Branch from 1998 to 2005; held the position of Financial Supervisor at Yongfa Real Estate Development Co., Ltd from 2006 to 2008; joined Antai Industrial in 2008, successively occupying the roles of Financial Manager and Finance Director, and during this period served as the General Manager of Donghui Micro-loan Co., Ltd.

Concurrently acts as the Supervisor for the Rizhao Rural Commercial Bank and as a Specialist Consultant for Shanghai Jiexing Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd.

Director of Real Estate Marketing

A graduate of Northwest Minzu University with a specialization in Business Administration, Li Gongmin has devoted over a decade to mastering the nuances of real estate marketing. His extensive experience spans product planning and design, marketing systems management, and the orchestration of advertising campaigns.
