The fishing village of Guancaowang, nestled in the Lushan District of Rizhao City on Shenglan East Road, has been chosen as the focal point for this project, due to its well-preserved maritime charm. In keeping with the vernacular architecture of Lushan, this initiative seeks to enhance the existing fishermen's dwellings, harmonizing them with the local mountainous and marine resources, as well as the unique fishing culture. This endeavor aims to cultivate a distinctive coastal tourism experience by integrating specialty seafood dining, unique seaside accommodations, conference services, wedding receptions, a fishing culture museum, angling activities, and fruit picking into a comprehensive cultural experience. The project envisions a resort area dedicated to fishing culture, offering an array of services including dining, lodging, travel, entertainment, shopping, and leisure in a seamless blend.
